Once you have written to us, our team will contact you back for more details. If it is clear that both sides are ready to work with each other, we will set up a meeting to discuss the specifics of your copy needs and goals. After the call, you will receive our offer. If we conclude a deal, we will set a start date and a date when you will receive the draft of your copy, arrange for the payment, and other details if required.

We don’t limit ourselves to certain types of copy as we love to grow and develop our team and skills.

We can provide for you almost everything: social media and other ads, emails, direct emails, web pages, and content, articles, checkout pages, closing scripts, delivery and replay pages, opt-in pages and order bumps, sales pages, sales bullets, subject lines, and headlines, thank you pages, upsell scripts, video sales letters in all forms and webinar scripts.

For the convenience of our clients, we have several ways we can accept payments:

• We work with a payment processor which accepts Visa and Mastercard in various currencies;
• Swift transfers in US dollars and Euro. CHAPS, BACS and Faster Payments in British Pounds;
• We can accept PayPal in US dollars or Euro. Card payments via PayPal are also possible.

Payments for copy projects are made 100% in advance, as a confirmation of our deal, before we start working on your order. 

Other options, like deferred payment, are to be discussed for a particular client and copy task.

Once payment is in hand, we will set a start date for your project. We will determine the end date, depending on the workload at the moment.

An ‘express’ copy delivery is also an option, but an additional 10-15% investment will be needed. If required, we can further discuss that option and provide you an offer.

We do everything humanly possible not to introduce a delay from our side. Still, we will communicate accordingly in a timely fashion in the unlikely event.

Suppose you want to work with our copywriting agency but worry that we might be working with a competing company alongside — no need to worry. We give a guarantee to never reveal information to a client about any of our other clients, regardless of whether they are competitors. All data and projects of our clients remain highly confidential.

Suppose you feel that you need a stronger conviction or guarantee. In that case, we have additional options that we shall discuss with each client individually.

We accept a return only of the copy draft for a few final touches before you have used it in your campaigns, ads, emails, etc. Once we have sent you the final, official version, no returns for edits will be possible.

We are responsible for delivering high-quality copy to you. Still, the copy’s display and distribution, responsible for the final outcome, is only in your control. Therefore we have no way to guarantee a thing that does not depend on our team. Thus we cannot accept refunds after we deliver the copy, as there is no way to prove that you will not use it.
